As a HUGE fan, I'd be willing to read "Harry Potter and the Very Boring Grocery List" and be perfectly delighted to experience a new story with Harry once again. However, JK Rowling has said again and again that she didn't wish to revisit this world (blah, she constantly breaks my heart with her blog posts on Pottermore and interviews where she says Ron and Hermione shouldn't be together, so I think she's as much of a fan as we are). I digress, I've been waiting, not very patiently, for a new story from this world and I'M SO EXCITED!

If you, like me, are morbidly disappointed that you won't be able to see The Cursed Child on stage ...

you're in luck. Turns out, the powers that be plan to publish the script as "Harry Potter #8" later this year.
Yes, you've heard that right. According to this article publishers are fighting over who will get to publish the story. Amazon will let you pre-order script parts one and two for the Kindle, to be released at the end of July 2016.

As fans to obsess over things, here is Hypable's list of 70 Questions they hope The Cursed Child might answer. My favorites include #13 (homeschooled wizards?), #19 (Hogwarts without Ron and Harry? How did Hermione survive?), #22 (this has always bothered me), and #51 (because, you know she was so excited to do it!).

While we are waiting to hear when the physical copy of the The Cursed Child will be released (I keep checking Goodreads for such info), we can obsess together over our love for Harry, his friends, and the wizarding world we love so much (pics below are from here)
